Wayne E. Baughman, Certified Trainer, Accredited Speaker

Leadership Development Programs

Wayne Baughman is responsible for the implementation, scheduling and facilitation of all leadership programs within Clermont 20/20. These programs are designed to provide community leaders with the information and skills necessary to better serve the community and in such a manner that optimum results are achieved in relation to the resources available.

Wayne is a speaker, teacher, trainer, and a retired Air Force officer. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Cincinnati and he has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas.

His extensive background in training and communication has brought learning experiences to companies and organizations such as Procter and Gamble, General Motors, Honda of America, Corning Precision Lens, Makino, American Tool Companies, Weyerhaeuser, APICS, International Truck and Engine and Delphi Automotive Systems. All told, he has given over 2,200 workshops and speeches.

For over 30 years, Wayne has been instructing and speaking to civic and community groups such as the Boy Scouts, Toastmasters International, United Way, Kiwanis, United Methodist Church, Muscular Dystrophy, Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Exchange Clubs and a variety of other groups in 41 states and 8 countries.

Wayne was the 1999 Greater Cincinnati Chapter President - American Society for Training and Development, where he is a life member, and is a member of Toastmasters International where he holds the highest leadership level - the Distinguished Toastmaster. Additionally, he is a member of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, and the Boy Scouts of America. He is a Certified Trainer, a member of the International Board of Certified Trainers, a Certified Lay Speaker in the United Methodist Church, and an Accredited Speaker through Toastmasters International - one of only 56 in the world.

For the past ten years, Wayne was president and founder of Creative Presentations. The mission was to provide training in these areas of communication, leadership, and management. Additionally, he assisted teachers and trainers to become more creative. Wayne worked with groups and individuals to control their fear of speaking. He also presented inspirational speeches. Wayne was an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College for over 14 years where he taught communication, leadership and business courses. Wayne has had over forty articles published in a variety of subjects, centered on communications. Additionally, he has had two stories which appear in a book entitled, "GRAND-Stories", Grandparents Loving Grandkids and vice-versa' which was published in 2000.
