Program Goals

• Introduce participants to other senior level community and business professionals
• Broaden the organizational leader/professional’s knowledge of the Clermont community and Greater Cincinnati region in a short period of time
• Familiarize participants with the formal/informal decision-making channels
• Inform participants of the critical issues facing the Clermont community and region
• Guide participants to become involved in a meaningful way in our community

The First Impressions Orientation Program offers an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at Clermont County, tailored to fit the schedule of busy organizational leaders and professionals. If you are new in the area, or your position has changed and it is important for you to become better acquainted with the Greater Clermont Community, as well as the Greater Cincinnati Region, this program is ideal for you.

Program Format

The program includes three sessions – an opening evening reception, one full day and a closing evening reception. Spouses are invited to both evening receptions. Tuition is $1000 ($750 for not-for-profit organizations), and covers refreshments, program materials and transportation.

The format is designed to keep the program informal, insightful and entertaining. It sets the ground work essential for productive and enjoyable involvement in the community.

The program is limited to 15 participants with their partners/spouses, so please apply early. Qualified applicants must be executives, managers, and/or professionals.
