LEAD Clermont is a unique leadership opportunity designed to enhance the development of future leaders for Clermont County. LEAD Clermont class members explore critical issues with knowledgeable speakers, effective facilitators, and a variety of experiential activities.

Time Commitment

  • Program orientation in July
  • Two-day teambuilding retreat in August
  • Full-day class meetings the first Thursday of each month September through April
  • Leadership Day in May
  • Complete team project
  • Participate in planning of one class day
  • Graduation in July

Eligibility

Class members must reside or work in Clermont County for a minimum of one year and demonstrate:

  • high standards of personal quality and integrity
  • sincere interest and possess a record of active involvement in community activities and issues
  • an occupation or position that reflects achievement relative to age and experience

Nominations may be made through March 15. Applications must be submitted by March 31.
