March is coming and it’s time for …… MERCY MADNESS

MASH BASH is now MERCY MADNESS, and it is a Whole New Ballgame. Basketball game that is.

We are well into the season and looking forward to March and the road to the Final Four.  Our game date is Friday, March 7, 2003.  Our Home Court will be the Holiday Inn- Eastgate.  Tip off will be at 5:30 pm.

I am asking you to be part of the Team.   I have agreed to serve as Hospitality Chair for MERCY MADNESS.  My job is to recruit the Team.  I am responsible for recruiting the volunteers that will make MERCY MADNESS a success.

Our Team has the following positions open:

  • Sign-In Table for Volunteers
  • Guest Registration Table
  • Split-the-Pot
  • Mercy Madness Referee Table
  • Raffle
  • Corn Hole Contest
  • Hit the Showers (formerly Jail & Bail)
  • Runners
  • Basketball Free Throw Contest

This is a HUGE undertaking.  Considering the level of support that Mercy and its people have given to Clermont 20/20, the community, and other non-profit organizations in Clermont County, I hope that we can reciprocate by giving back a little bit of our time.

Shifts are one and one half hours and run:

  1. 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  2. 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
    3.  
  3. 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM

I hope you will consider being part of the Team. Please contact me as soon as possible. I have a Letter of Intent ready for your signature.
