The purpose of the Speakers’ Bureau is to promote the goals and values of Clermont 20/20, and in particular the Leadership Institute. The Speakers’ Bureau will also be used as a vehicle to recruit new participants to the Leadership Institute’s programs. The Speakers’ Bureau will include graduates from all four Leadership programs.

Each speaker will be asked to provide 3-4 programs a year for a two year commitment. The presentation will focus on the basic information of Clermont 20/20 and the Leadership Institute (this will be presented in a standardized format). The presentation will also include information on the speaker’s personal experience in the program.

Speakers’ Bureau participants will fill out a basic contact information sheet. This information will be kept on file at the Clermont 20/20 office, and will also be available in an on-line database. The Speakers’ Bureau will be promoted throughout the county to agencies and organizations that have expressed interest, as well as to other relevant agencies. Interested organizations will contact Clermont 20/20 about engaging a speaker for a program.
