Clermont 20/20 Clean and Green Collaborative presents Bulbs in the Underground, a fall planting event on October 23, 2004. This year, several communities are involved: Amelia, Batavia, Felicity and Williamsburg. The event occurs on Make a Difference Day, a national day of community service. Through community beautification, we plant the seeds, or bulbs, of pride in our local community.

Our planting efforts will focus on community gateways and public gathering spaces.  A special “Thank You” to Lowe’s and Keep Cincinnati Beautiful for donating our supply of daffodils, daylilies and hostas. All are welcome to join in the planting: helping hands with small shovel! Additional daffodil or daylily bulbs are welcome as well.

Clermont 20/20 Clean and Green Collaborative organizes the Clean and Green Litter Pick-up in spring, develops and assists community beautification efforts and provides recycling and waste prevention education to the community. Please call Julie Toren, Clean and Green Coordinator at 513-753-9222 for more information.
