- Survive Group - Self-Defense Class

Clermont 20/20 LEAD Clermont Class of 2006 is pleased to announce that its 6th Annual
Leadership Day will take place on
Wednesday, May 10, 2006 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM
at the OASIS Conference Center, Loveland. The theme is
"Effective Leadership in a Changing World." The Keynote Speakers are
Dr. Nancy Zimpher, President, University of Cincinnati and
Anthony Munoz, Pro Football Hall of Fame. The
LEAD Class Project Presentations will begin at 2:00 PM.

- Golf Scramble - Monday, June 19, 2006
Clermont 20/20, Inc. will hold it's annual
golf scramble at the Legendary Run Golf Course on Monday, June 19, 2006.
This year the driving range will open at
10:30 a.m. and Lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m.
The shotgun start is at Noon, followed by a savory grilled steak & chicken dinner.

- Clermont Senior Services Fundraiser Dance
Debbie Siegroth, Development Director for Clermont Senior Services, invites you to join us
on Saturday, April 22, 2006, as Clermont Senior Services hosts a 50's & 60's dance at the Mt.
Carmel Legion Hall, Post 72. The dance will be held from 8:00 pm until 12:00 midnight at 497
Old St. Rt. 74 in Mt. Carmel. The cost will be $25 per person / $40 per couple, which includes
admission, chips, pretzels, soda and beer (BYOB).
The local band "Four On The Floor", who many of you will remember from the Hot Wax dances at
Coney Island, will provide music and you can bet there will be plenty of fun and excitement as
you do the Mashed Potatoes, the Watusi, Locomotion and the Twist!! There will be contests to
win and special guest DJ Ernie Brown, "The Fat Man", from WGRR Oldies 103.5 radio station, will
lend a hand to spin some tunes.
So, come on and put those dancing shoes on and jitterbug the night away and plan on having a
great time. Dress is casual, but feel free to dust off those blue suede shoes and poodle skirts,
jeans and tee shirts, slick back your hair and join in to rock and roll all night long!

- Computer Recycling Event
Staples is sponsoring a Computer Recycling Event from April 22 through April 30.

Clean-up starts between 8-9 a.m. and runs most of the day on March 25. They also would love to have people
come to the dedication on April 1 and help with some tournaments (cornhole, basketball, etc.) to open the

on where you enter the road) east to Bethel. Turn right onto South West St. From east on SR 125, just

and follow the directions east to Bethel.
- Monday, April 17 - History group has this date as its target to get all the history website information
up. They would like feedback and any help you can offer. The site is at

- Saturday, April 22 - The theater group will be working with students during spring break, and their
performance is scheduled for 2 p.m. on April 22. They would love to have volunteer help and will send
out an e-mail with any last-minute needs.
Directions to Boys & Girls Club: From I-275, take the US 52 exit (Kellogg Avenue) east to New Richmond.
Turn right on Walnut St. and right on Market St. The Boys & Girls Club is at 212 Market St.
(From east/Felicity, reverse once you get into New Richmond.) From north (Amelia/Batavia) take SR 132
south to US 52.
- Saturday, May 20 - The military group is coordinating with a Military Spotlight Group from LEAD
Clermont. This event is being announced to the general public as well as about 4,000 military families.
It could attract a huge number of people to UC Clermont that day. If you can help work with kids from
10 a.m.-1 p.m. (or anytime during those hours), this group needs lots of volunteer help. Contact Rachel
at rsimpson21@cinci.rr.com. Please inform groups at your
school that need volunteer hours as well. This group also will be packing boxes at Leslie's house on
Saturday, April 8, and would appreciate any donations or help you have to offer.
