  3. Clean and Green "Made a Difference"

The Clean and Green Program "made a difference" on "Make a Difference Day". There were projects in 5 different communities - Batavia, Felicity, Milford, New Richmond and Withamsville. Dozens of volunteers picked up litter, planted 500 daffodil bulbs and 75 day lilies. "We would like to expand this project into other communities next fall. It combines our goal of reducing litter in our communities and doing significant beautification projects. All of the plant material was free - donated by H.J. Benken Florist and Greenhouse and Grant Farms. We would like to thank our partner, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, for their continued support." added Becky Ploucha, Clean and Green Coordinator for Clermont 20/20, Inc.
