Whether you are looking for group or individual activities, we have several to choose from.
As a grassroots organization we look to the community to direct and support our programs and
are continually inspired by level of involvement our community provides.
Our Clean and Green litter pick-up is the largest organized litter pick-up in Clermont County.
In 2005 we had over 1150 registered volunteers and are looking to forward to 2006!
The following programs operate year-round:
- Adopt-a-Spot: clean up litter at a place of your choice, be it a business, park or
roadside. We also encourage you to reach out to businesses in your community who may need to
pay more attention to the litter that tends to attract more litter! Clean properties can only
enhance business!
- Master Recycler: beginning September 19, 2005, this program helps to bridge the gap
between awareness and action by providing up to date information on waste reduction and recycling
in Clermont County, as well as safe disposal methods for hazardous waste.
- Community Beautification: our “Roadside Rainbow” fall planting and the “Welcome to
Clermont” gateway project enhance our community and provide positive visual appeal as we go about
our commutes! This event will take place on September 24 from 9 am – 12 pm. Please check back
